Envy is a cool little boutique med spa offering botox, filler and an array of skincare treatments. We are devoted to skincare, anti-aging, and rejuvenation, with treatment options that will help you look and feel your best. Owned and operated by a dually licensed RN and licensed aesthetician who took her passion and brought it to life. Lisa is down to earth and always listens to your needs. She will offer her professional opinion but will never push anything you are not comfortable with. She prides herself on being affordable and honest. She love what she do so you can love how you look and feel.

Lisa Kobb
RN, BSN, Licensed Aesthetician
Lisa is the owner and primary provider at Envy. She is a RN, BSN, and Licensed Aesthetician, and has been in the beauty industry since the early 90’s and cannot imagine ever doing anything else. Over the years she has expanded her knowledge and has earned many advanced certifications giving her a vast array of knowledge and expertise in many areas of injectables and skincare. She has been injecting for many years and excels in lips, cheeks, and chin filler bringing exceptional results to all patients she treats.
Lisa believes there is beauty in every patient who sits in her chair and will work with you to achieve the results you are looking for. She is passionate about facial correction with neurotoxin and fillers, as well as, anti-aging and all things to make you look and feel your best. She is determined to always keep current with the latest technology and most effective treatments so that her patients are always receiving the most current and effective treatments and products available. Her number one goal is achieve natural, beautiful results for every patient.
When Lisa is not working she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, music, good wine, good food and spending time with her favorite furry friends.
Dr. Stephan Zakany
Medical Director
Dr. Zakany is the medical director for Envy Injectables and Skincare. He owns his own practice in Louisville where he focuses on men’s health issues. Prior to opening the men’s clinic he owned a medspa in Lafayette where he served the local community for 14 years. He is board certified in family medicine and has been practicing in the medical field for 30 years. He specializes in men’s health, anti-aging and regenerative medicine, and is recognized as a leader in the field of men’s health. He is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and has practiced medicine in Neptune Beach, Florida; Durango, Colorado; and Heidelberg, Germany prior to relocating to Boulder County in 1999. He received his medical degree (M.D.) from the University of South Florida and his B.S. in Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University.
